I loved this shop so much. I bought a beardie form here last year and he is my profile picture 🤣 He is happy and healthy and is named skittles. Thank you for helping me with what I needed to get since I knew a bit but not everything with looking after them but luckily you guys told me what they need and can and can’t eat and I obviously forced my dad to set the cage up for me. I want you guys to know that he is happy and healthy and is in good care since I bought him when he was just a little baby last year in April.

Amazing shop for all reptile needs! We went there for our first little snake and have been back for 3 more reptiles including the enclosures , lighting, heating and all accessories for our reptile babies. The best customer service and amazing knowledge & education on how to care for these beautiful animals. Thankyou guys so much! Highly recommended

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely fantastic reptile shop! Run by two ladies, Cindy and Marie. I have had many amazing experiences here. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely care about the animals—whether you’re into snakes, lizards, spiders or anything in between, they take the time to answer every question expertly and make sure you’re confident with your new pet before you leave. The animals are healthy, well-kept, and clearly looked after with real passion. The store is clean, well organised, and fully stocked with everything you need: enclosures, heating, feeding supplies, and plenty of professional advice. You can tell they really know and love what they’re doing. The shop is on the main road but there is plenty of parking at the rear of the arcade. I highly recommend that anyone who loves reptiles or is thinking about getting their first one have a look at Jetty Pets first. Easily a 5-star experience for me.

Cindy and Marie are, without question, two of the most knowledgeable and ethical reptile people we have ever met. Their genuine care for their animals is evident in everything they do, and their standards for animal welfare are exceptionally high. We felt completely confident and reassured knowing that the snake we purchased for our little Millie came from a healthy mother, had no illnesses, and was feeding well. They did such a wonderful job sourcing a few snakes that matched our personality and allowing Millie to hold each one. Eventually, a snake chose Millie, which was a truly lovely and memorable experience. Cindy and Marie spent so much time educating us and were incredibly patient when educating little Millie as well, ensuring we felt fully prepared to care for our snake properly at home. They are actively involved in the herpetology field, continually expanding their knowledge, and are highly respected within the reptile community. We wouldn’t consider buying a reptile from anyone else — no matter how far we had to travel.

The owners are insanely knowledgeable, kind and considerate to the guests and animals in their care. They never recommend something over your price limit or skill set, they have answers to every question I’ve asked! Insanely skilled reptile keepers and sellers I adore this store and drive 40 minutes there and back every two weeks just because I can never get enough of the quality products and experience inside the store! If you love reptiles and spiders this is a MUST stop shop!!! second photo is an enclosure which is made with their arid bio active kit - highly recommend !!! Aswell as their soaking water bowls which was recently added and not in the photo :) (very good for snake enrichment, just keep away from heat lamp to avoid excess humidity)

The ladies are great and love a chat and a look at the odd picture of my little feathered friends living Wild at my house in the Garden's.. little Buff Banded Rail - one has been here about a year and his mate off and on couple of months too (Maybe breeding season). He loves the Mealworms the ladies provide and he comes to the door looking for a couple everyday..has even come in the house when I leave the door open sometimes lol. Great Pet Store ladies have a wealth of knowledge and great selection of pets and associated items for their care. Get down and have a look it is well worth it.
